After years of development, the hydraulic system has basically met the needs of the market, but the use of the hydraulic system is not a simple job. For those workers who want to better use the hydraulic system, they should have a full understanding of the structure of the hydraulic system.

The hydraulic system mainly includes the main oil pump, hydraulic oil tank, filter, pressure reducing valve, relief valve, lifting hydraulic cylinder, telescopic hydraulic cylinder, tong hydraulic cylinder, leg hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor and various hydraulic control valves. Before the equipment leaves the factory, the pressure of the relief valve, pressure reducing valve and various pressure valves has been set to ensure the safe operation of the hydraulic system, and the user should not hastily change it in use.

The hydraulic system includes the main hydraulic system and the steering hydraulic system, sharing a hydraulic tank: 1, the main hydraulic system. The main hydraulic system is equipped with various valves to provide hydraulic power to the rig during equipment adjustment and drilling and repair operations, which can control and operate the correct and safe operation of various hydraulic tools. 2. Steering hydraulic system. The steering system is equipped with a variety of valves to control the pressure and flow direction of the hydraulic system, providing hydraulic power for the front axle hydraulic power steering of the vehicle, stable flow, so as to ensure that the vehicle steering is light, flexible, safe and reliable.

A complete hydraulic system consists of five parts, namely power components, control components, executive components, auxiliary components and hydraulic oil:

1. Dynamic elements. The power element refers to the oil pump in the hydraulic system, whose role is to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy of the liquid to provide power for the entire hydraulic system.

2. Actuator. The function of the actuator is to convert the pressure energy of the liquid into mechanical energy, and drive the load to do linear reciprocating or rotating motion.

3. Control elements. Control elements control and regulate the pressure, flow and direction of liquids in the hydraulic system. According to the different control functions, hydraulic valves can be divided into pressure control valves, flow control valves and direction control valves. ; Pressure control valves include sequence valves, pressure relief valves, relief valves, pressure relays, etc. Flow control valves include regulating valves, throttle valves, diverting and collecting valves, etc. Directional control valves include liquid-controlled check valves, check valves, shuttle valves, reversing valves, etc. According to the different control methods, hydraulic valves can be divided into switch control valves, fixed value control valves and proportional control valves.

4. Auxiliary parts. Auxiliary components include oil filter, fuel tank, heater, cooler, accumulator, tubing and fittings, sealing ring, quick change fittings, high pressure ball valve, hose assembly, pressure gauge, oil level gauge, oil temperature gauge, etc.

5. Hydraulic oil. Hydraulic oil is the working medium of energy transfer in hydraulic system, including mineral oil, emulsion, synthetic hydraulic oil and so on.

A system is usually cleaned before it is put into operation, and the purpose of cleaning is to remove contaminants, metal shavings, fiber compounds, iron cores, etc. Stay in the system. In the first two hours of work, even if the system is not completely damaged, it will cause a series of failures.
